ACCT owns several affordable rental apartment units in Middlebury, Bristol, Hancock and Vergennes, totaling 200 units. The properties are managed by our rental division at Creekview in Vergennes, at (802) 877-3749.

Rents indicated below are approximate and subject to change. Some buildings are rent-subsidized, and actual rent may differ depending on your income. In some cases, income limits apply. We accept applications even for those buildings with no current vacancies, and encourage prospective applicants to contact us in case we have upcoming vacancies. In some cases, we keep a waitlist.
